Alice is a final year DPhil candidate specialising in climate ethics and policy. 

Her thesis is supervised under the joint direction  Prof. Alison Hills (Faculty of Philosophy), Prof. Jonathon Wolff (Blavatnik School of Government) and Prof. John Broome (Emeritus White’s Professor of Moral Philosophy). Her research is sponsored by the University of Sydney. 

Alice’s integrated thesis touches on key issues at the intersection of climate ethics and policy. Her main focus is the topic of emergency and climate change. Her work has also explored industrial and agricultural responsibility for climate change (Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions); the value of nature, and the theoretical underpinnings of Loss & Damage.

Alice has expertise in applied ethics, public policy, climate change, and political theory.
